TRG becomes part of agency group MYTY

Just one week after its official launch, new agency group MYTY announces another new addition: TRG – The Reach Group GmbH. With offices in Berlin and Düsseldorf and clients such as Postbank and Borussia Dortmund, TRG strengthens MYTYs expertise in performance marketing.

“It comes as a natural and future-oriented step to become part of MYTY. We keep our identity, our culture, our operative freedom and at the same time we benefit from the specialist expertise of the sister agencies, as well as from additional locations and also the groups internal leadflow. This allows us to stay fast and agile, whilst being able to focus on further growth.” explains Dr. Tim Seewöster, who, as TRGs CEO, will play a central role in the agency’s further development.

Both TRG founders Simon Schier and Philipp Roth will stay on board and remain key members of the agency with their expertise in display. “After we’ve reached excellent results with TRG in the past 5 years, we are now looking forward to enabling further growth for the company and its employees.” Says Roth. “ I am confident that our work during the last years offers TRG and its clients new perspectives now as part of MYTY Group. Berlin-based digital agency INTEGR8 and Swiss investors group Ufenau, which focuses on buy-and-build strategies, have collaborated to create the agency network MYTY. TRG is now the third member of the growth-focused agency group, joining alongside Zurich-based The House Agency, whose acquisition announced one week ago marked the official launch of MYTY Group.

At present, the three agencies comprise over 100 employees at 4 different locations in Germany and Switzerland and generate an annual turnover of EUR35 million.
