THE REACH GROUP GmbH (TRG) gains new dual leadership

Berlin, 28.07.2021 The performance and programmatic advertising agency THE REACH GROUP GmbH (TRG) is getting a new management team from within its own ranks: Maria Riecke-Katsoulas, previously Vice President of Digital Media, will become the new Managing Director. As a fitting addition, TRG is gaining another Managing Director in Michael Rutkowski, Co-Founder and CMO of the digital agency INTEGR8.

Maria Riecke-Katsoulas has more than 15 years of experience in the German market. After five years with the Omnicom Media Group, she took over as head of the social advertising unit at CROSSMEDIA Deutschland in 2012 and managed major clients like BMW and Etihad Airways for over eight years. In 2019, Riecke-Katsoulas moved to TRG as Director of Performance Marketing. In this position, she was responsible for the management and expansion of the Dusseldorf branch.

With her experience, sound strategic expertise, and outstanding knowledge of the industry, she will now take on additional tasks. “We’ve got our work cut out for us”, says Maria Riecke-Katsoulas. ”Digital marketing is more important than ever and it is impossible to imagine a contemporary media mix without it. Michael and I will further sharpen the agency’s profile, create solutions for the challenges that lie ahead within a very dynamic market, and set the course for a successful future. At the same time, we want to expand our position within the MYTY Group and, together with the partner agencies, create synergetic effects, from which our clients will benefit.”

Michael Rutkowski, Co-Founder and CMO of the digital agency INTEGR8, will also become part of the new management team as Chief Marketing Officer. Since 2014, in his position at INTEGR8, Rutkowski, an experienced online marketer, has pursued the vision of combining all technological possibilities of the various digital marketing instruments in a single agency offer and using them to realize contemporary and high-performance campaigns. He will further expand the data and technology sector at TRG and link it with the marketing and communications know-how of INTEGR8.

TRG is part of the four-agency group MYTY, which, alongside INTEGR8, also includes the Swiss agency The House and, since July, the Munich-based norisk Group – further growth is already being implemented.
