Berlin-based digital agency INTEGR8 and Swiss investors group Ufenau, which focuses on buy-and-build strategies, have collaborated to create the agency network MYTY. The acquisition of Zurich-based The House Agency marks the official launch of MYTY Group, with another addition being announced in early December.
MYTY aims to become one of Europe’s leading agency groups by targeted acquisitions of complimentary agencies. At present, the three agencies comprise over 100 employees at 4 different locations in Germany and Switzerland and generate an annual turnover of EUR35 million. MYTY combines specialist and full-service agencies characterized by a modern and future-oriented way of thinking. Its focus lies on connecting all relevant areas around digitalisation, creation and marketing, ranging from brand strategy to UX & UI design, creative production for classic & digital media, app and web development, BI strategies, data-driven marketing and media buying.
INTEGR8 and The House have already successfully established this integrated and interdisciplinary approach. The group structure allows for an even broader and deeper service portfolio, as well as the benefit of additional locations.
MYTY group offers its members the advantage that everything that has made the agencies successful so far is retained: their identity, culture and operative freedom whilst benefiting from the expanded reach and expertise of the sister agencies as well as shared services and a group-internal lead flow.
For clients, MYTY offers the proven speed, expertise, creativity and culture of the agencies, whilst at the same time there is a strong extension of expertise, resources and locations. This enables MYTY to organize client requirements centrally on a holistic base and meet them at the highest quality level. MYTY combines specialist and full-service agencies characterized by a modern and future-oriented way of thinking. Its focus lies on connecting all relevant areas around digitalisation, creation and marketing.
“MYTY is a great solution for how owner-managed agencies can face the challenges of the future. We bring into play a highly specialized and committed fleet of speedboats to counter the offers of the large network tankers, ”explains Stephanie Sauerbier, managing director of INTEGR8 and MYTY partner. “We have consciously decided for a buy-and-build strategy and for the partnership with Ufenau. Ufenau believes in our model and vision, we can strategically steer the development ourselves whilst they bring expertise, network and capital. This enables us to find and select agencies that fit MYTYs mission. We are currently speaking with other exciting agencies and are looking forward to new acquisitions for MYTY in the near future.“
